New villa in Bel Air

The design of this villa comes from a reinterpretation of classical symmetry. As soon as we enter the hall, we meet a double height, it resembles the monumental buildings of classical Rome. The walls are covered with black natural stone for the most minimalistic effect. The entrance façade to the north mirrors the south façade. Double-height entrance doors, covered with the same black natural stone, provide access to the house. The rest of the facade is covered with concrete, wooden elements have been used to give the impression of warmth. Water also plays a leading role on both facades, including small reflective pools. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, double height living room, dressing room and toilet. The first floor is divided into two wings, one with two bedrooms. with a shared bathroom and the other with a master bedroom with a double wardrobe and bathroom.

The wooden gallery serves as a connecting element between the two wings.
